The 150th tier shown in Musk's video represents the highest difficulty level of the Nightmare Dungeon in the game. The difficulty increases step by step, and 150 is currently the highest tier available in Diablo 4's Nightmare Dungeon. The in-game content called 'Narak' is a new feature added in May, where players enter a dungeon and defeat monsters and bosses within a time limit.

This unofficial competitive content is challenged by players worldwide, and rankings are recorded on external sites based on clear times. According to Helltide, which aggregates Diablo-related boss information and ranking records, the current world number one player is an American player using the ID Resistance, who cleared tier 150 in 1 minute and 59 seconds.

Foreign media outlets, including gaming specialists, analyzed Musk's X post and estimated his record to be around 1 minute and 52 seconds based on the gameplay video. Although Elon Musk's record has not yet been registered on the leaderboard, if he did not exploit bugs or use hacks, it is certain that he has set a new world record. He reached the top about two weeks after ranking 19th earlier this month.
