On the 21st and 22nd, Pohang City successfully concluded the 'Pohang Eco-friendly Agricultural Products Promotion and Sales Event' in front of Donghaeng Sanghoe in Jongno-gu, Seoul.

This event was organized to introduce Pohang's excellent eco-friendly agricultural products to consumers in the metropolitan area and to expand sales channels for local farmers.

Visitors were given the opportunity to taste and sample over 20 varieties of eco-friendly agricultural products, including chive, onion, green onion, rice, and mushrooms. A 20% discount sale on all agricultural products and a prize giveaway event were also held, attracting great interest from visitors.

Citizens of various age groups from the metropolitan area visited to directly experience and purchase Pohang's fresh agricultural products, showing positive responses to the quality and freshness of eco-friendly agricultural products produced in Pohang.

A Pohang City official stated, "This event contributed to income generation from Pohang's eco-friendly agricultural products and provided metropolitan consumers with reliable eco-friendly agricultural specialties, serving as a great opportunity to promote the excellence of Pohang's agricultural products. We plan to continue various projects to expand sales channels for local farmers and support sustainable eco-friendly agriculture."
