SU Holdings (CEO Lee Sang-wook) announced on the 22nd that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Withlike (CEO Kim Nam-young) for joint branding planning, development, and sales distribution for domestic and overseas exports.

Through this agreement, both companies will jointly plan and develop branding based on Withlike's content (frozen gimbap, tteokbokki, tonkatsu, etc.) and YouTube influencer brand IP. The products produced will be distributed in domestic and international markets, aiming to increase mutual benefits and strengthen competitiveness in the global market.

A representative from SU Holdings stated, “Our company recently signed a general distributor contract with Withlike in Japan and is promoting F&B trade business with Japanese company Shine Trading through a strategic partnership agreement. Through this agreement, we plan to diversify our overseas expansion business into markets such as Japan, Southeast Asia, and North America.”

Withlike, established in 2021 and based in Jeju, brands products utilizing various influencer contents such as Hibap, Chef Jeong Ji-seon, the black-and-white chef, and AMIAMI. It also sells tonkatsu, tteokbokki, and juice/beverage products through various distribution channels including TV home shopping, online/offline channels, and overseas exports.

Withlike CEO Kim Nam-young launched the brand IP based on his experience as head of marketing at Hurom and head of online business at Lock&Lock, and has led export businesses in Singapore, Malaysia, the Philippines, the United States, and other regions.

SU Holdings CEO Lee Sang-wook said, “This business agreement will maximize synergy effects through the business cooperation of both companies,” adding, “It will be an opportunity to strengthen competitiveness in the global market based on the K-FOOD wave and to introduce innovative products.”
