Supporting Healthy Winter Living for Elderly Using Community Centers
Uijeongbu City, Gyeonggi Province (Mayor Kim Dong-geun) announced on the 21st that NH Nonghyup Bank Uijeongbu Branch (Branch Manager Noh Hyun-soo) designated and donated 256 bags of Hoeryong rice (20kg each) worth approximately 17 million KRW to local senior centers through the Gyeonggi Northern Community Chest to support the healthy winter of elderly users of senior centers.

This donation was prepared by NH Nonghyup Bank Uijeongbu Branch to realize continuous interest and the value of sharing in the local community through the '100-Day Love Relay Baton Passing'.
The donated rice will be sequentially delivered to 256 senior centers in the area so that local elderly can spend the cold winter warmly.
Branch Manager Noh Hyun-soo said, “We prepared this donation with the hope that it would be of some help to the elderly in the local community,” and added, “We will continue to fulfill the role of a company that works together with the local community.”
