Gwangju City in Gyeonggi Province announced on the 21st that it conducted the "Happy City Leadership: Executive Capacity Building Course" training over two days from the 19th to the 20th at Gonjiam Resort.

This training was organized for about 70 grade 4 and grade 5 executive public officials to strengthen policy implementation capabilities during the 8th local government administration.
The training, aimed at enhancing the leadership capabilities of executive public officials, consisted of leadership education for communication and empathy, strategic decision-making to understand organizations and people, and a special lecture on financial strategy.
Mayor Bang Se-hwan stated, "Based on strengthening the capabilities of grade 4 and grade 5 executive public officials who lead the realization of a self-sufficient city of 500,000 residents, we will strive to make Gwangju a city where three generations are happy."
