A terrifying accident occurred when a panel hanging from the restaurant ceiling fell onto a dining customer's head. The customer was diagnosed with a concussion and panic attacks as a result of the incident.

The victim, Ms. A, visited the restaurant with her mother and older sister. However, while her mother briefly went to the restroom, a panel hanging from the ceiling fell directly onto Ms. A's head. After being hit by the panel, Ms. A experienced double vision and complained of pain all over her body. Eventually, the hospital diagnosed her with a concussion, acute stress, and panic attacks.
The restaurant apologized and promised to handle the insurance claim. However, it was reported that no safety inspections or other measures were taken after the accident. When Ms. A's sister asked, "Shouldn't some safety measures be taken?" the restaurant responded, "What else do you want us to do besides handling the insurance? Then go to another restaurant."
Ms. A's sister expressed, "The restaurant seemed to treat the accident as if it was no big deal," and added, "It is upsetting that they don't seem to care about the harm my sister suffered."
Netizens who read the story responded with various comments such as, "She should receive treatment and compensation. It is only right that the restaurant owner covers the treatment and compensation. Repairs should be made to prevent this from happening again," "The customer must have been very shocked. I hope she recovers well," "How was it constructed for such a thing to happen?" "Take good care of the treatment and make sure to get mental compensation. Only those who have suffered head injuries know the pain," and "Besides insurance claims, shouldn't the restaurant managers visit the victim and her family to apologize and express their regrets?"
