Third Largest Recruitment in History
On the 19th, the Korea Technology Finance Corporation (Kibo) announced that it held the '2024 New Employee Entrance Ceremony with Families' at its Busan headquarters auditorium, attended by 91 new employees. The ceremony was organized to welcome the new employees selected through a competitive process with a ratio of 35 to 1, with about 300 attendees including families and Kibo executives and staff.
In active response to the government's youth employment activation policy, Kibo selected 91 new employees, the third largest number in its history, through blind recruitment based on job competency and expanded socially equitable hiring. By job category, there are ▲81 in Technology Guarantee and Technology Evaluation ▲5 in IT ▲5 in Credit Management.

In particular, to foster regional experts and revitalize local jobs, Kibo newly established a 'Regional Specialist' recruitment category this year, hiring ▲2 from the Chungcheong area ▲2 from the Gangwon area ▲3 from the Honam area. As a public institution, Kibo also actively expanded socially equitable recruitment, resulting in the hiring of ▲45 talents from non-metropolitan areas ▲5 employment support candidates (veterans) ▲2 persons with disabilities ▲2 high school graduates.
As a comprehensive support organization for small and venture businesses, Kibo continuously hires PhDs and science and engineering talents to enhance the expertise of technology evaluation, currently holding about 290 PhD-level personnel. This year, among about 1,000 applicants for the PhD and science and engineering recruitment categories, Kibo hired ▲5 PhD personnel ▲36 science and engineering personnel, and also selected professionals such as lawyers and tax accountants.
