The agreement was made with the attendance of BNK System CEO Park Il-yong and Greenda AI CEO Kang Hojin, aiming to share the financial innovation technologies and capabilities possessed by both companies to strengthen digital financial competitiveness and provide customer-centered IT services.

According to the agreement, both companies will collaborate on ▲sharing participation in AI projects ▲research and development of financial domain-optimized technologies ▲technical support to improve AI performance, and especially BNK System plans to enhance AI technological capabilities by securing AI specialists while providing user-customized services.

Park Il-yong, CEO of BNK System, stated, “Through this agreement, we expect to further increase the potential for AI utilization in the financial sector,” and added, “We will provide innovative financial services to customers through AI technology in the future.”

BNK System is a group IT subsidiary that develops and supplies IT solutions for small and medium-sized enterprises in the region, including affiliates, while Greenda AI is an artificial intelligence fintech startup that develops and supplies customer response automation solutions targeting major financial institutions in Korea and Japan.
