Gapyeong-gun, Gyeonggi Province (Governor Seo Tae-won), in collaboration with the Gyeonggi Cultural Foundation, announced on the 19th that it will conduct a program to create personalized music at Music Station 1939 as part of the 2024 cultural specialization project for the northern Gyeonggi region. The event is scheduled to take place at Music Station 1939 on December 14, and applications will be accepted until December 7.
'Music Station 1939 Tune-Up! Station' is a project for children, adolescents, or families to create music that tells their own stories, from writing lyrics and composing to producing a music video.
Using the recording and practice rooms at Music Station 1939 as a playground, participants will play together with music as the theme, and experts from various fields, including indie musicians, will be involved throughout the process. This is a great opportunity for local residents to get closer to the professional equipment and spaces at Music Station 1939. Anyone who meets the eligibility criteria and is a local resident can participate, and all programs are free of charge.
'Music Station 1939 Tune-Up! Station' is designed for children and adolescents aged 11 to 16 or families with up to five members including children. The program will select about 25 participants from applicants by December 7 and proceed with the event.
