Daytime temperatures will also remain around 10 degrees Celsius in most regions nationwide, making it chilly.
Morning low temperatures will range from -4 to 7 degrees Celsius, and daytime highs will be between 9 and 16 degrees Celsius, similar to or slightly lower than the average (lows of -3 to 7 degrees Celsius, highs of 9 to 15 degrees Celsius).
Clouds will be widespread across the country, with the southern coast, the eastern coast of Gyeongsang Province, and Jeju Island mostly cloudy.
On Jeju Island, occasional rain is expected starting from daytime. The expected precipitation amount is around 5 mm.
Fine dust levels will be 'good' to 'moderate' nationwide due to smooth atmospheric dispersion.
Strong winds will blow in some areas around Jeju Island until dawn, so caution is advised regarding facility management and safety accidents.
Sea waves will be 0.5 to 3.5 meters in the East Sea nearshore, 0.5 to 2.5 meters in the West Sea nearshore, and 0.5 to 2.0 meters in the South Sea nearshore.
Wave heights in the offshore waters (about 200 km from the coastline) are expected to be 1.0 to 4.0 meters in the East Sea, 0.5 to 3.0 meters in the West Sea, and 1.0 to 3.5 meters in the South Sea.
