Gwangju Urban Corporation held a 'Visiting Recruitment Briefing Session' for local youth and university students at Gwangju University on the 18th.

The briefing session was organized to directly engage with local youth preparing for employment and to provide guidance on public institution recruitment processes and job search strategies. Beyond simply providing recruitment information, it offered practical assistance to local youth through autonomous recruitment consultation talks.

The event proceeded with an introduction to Gwangju Urban Corporation's projects, recruitment procedures and job search strategies, followed by autonomous talks with current employees. Strategies for each recruitment stage, including document preparation guidance and explanations of the blind interview system, received great responses from participants.

A student who participated in the job briefing session said, "It was a meaningful opportunity to meet current employees in person and obtain employment information," adding, "I believe it will be very helpful for my future job preparation."

Kim Seungnam, President of Gwangju Urban Corporation, stated, "I hope the recruitment briefing session helped strengthen the employment capabilities of local youth," and added, "We will continue to create communication opportunities where we can directly engage with local youth."
