Saturn Bath, Integrated Bathroom + Bedroom Design... Maximizing Space Efficiency
An innovative bathroom design that integrates the bathroom and bedroom has been launched.
Bathroom specialist company Saturn Bath announced on the 18th that it will unveil an innovative bathroom living space that transforms the traditional bathroom from a simple hygiene area into a space that can be used together with the bedroom. This will be showcased at the '2024 Smart Construction Expo' held from the 20th to the 22nd at KINTEX Exhibition Center 1 in Ilsan.

The integrated bathroom and bedroom design features a high-end sliding door variable partition that breaks down the boundary between the bedroom and bathroom, maximizing space efficiency. The ceiling’s stepped structure and recessed indirect LED lighting create a sophisticated atmosphere and sense of space. Additionally, specially designed bathtubs and washbasins are arranged to make the limited bathroom space wider and more efficient, improving practicality.
Saturn Bath will also propose a new concept bathroom space at this exhibition. It offers a family bath tub large enough for family use, height-adjustable washbasins, a smart shower and self-multi shower installed inside the shower booth that allow immediate bathing and showering at the desired temperature, and a smart wet sauna, providing a new level of healing and happiness experience never before enjoyed in bathrooms.
LED light handles are installed along the pathway connecting the bedroom and bathroom to ensure safer and more convenient movement for mothers and the elderly.
Saturn Bath particularly presents a 'No Defect' bathroom space by blocking the root causes of contamination with a modular construction method that requires 'No construction, No installation, No measurement, No silicone.'
Jung In-hwan, CEO of Saturn Bath, explained, "The bathroom of the future will move beyond the traditional concept of a toilet and serve as a central living space. In particular, by integrating advanced facility systems such as perfect waterproofing, effective water supply, and healing elements like steam saunas, we have enhanced accessibility to boundary points that can proactively accommodate future architecture and future bathrooms."
