'Fast Food Hate' Kennedy Holds Hamburger for Commemorative Photo in Front of Trump

Nominee for Next Minister of Health and Welfare Kennedy
Criticized Fast Food as 'Poison' in the Past
Evaluated as "Abandoning Convictions to Appease Personnel Authority"

Robert F. Kennedy Jr., who was appointed as the next Secretary of Health and Human Services under the Donald Trump administration, posed for a commemorative photo holding a hamburger he had previously compared to a 'poison.'

Donald Trump Jr., the eldest son of President-elect Trump, posted a photo of a dining table scene inside Trump’s private jet, 'Trump Force One,' on his social media platform X (formerly Twitter) on the 17th (local time).

The posted photo showed the Trump family along with Tesla CEO Elon Musk, Speaker of the House Mike Johnson, and Kennedy Jr. sitting around the table having a meal. On the table were McDonald’s Big Macs, chicken nuggets, and Coca-Cola, known as President-elect Trump’s 'favorite foods.'

Local media noted that while everyone in the photo was smiling brightly, only Kennedy Jr. appeared flushed, highlighting his stance as a fast food critic.

In a recent podcast interview, Kennedy Jr. criticized President-elect Trump’s diet, saying, "The food eaten during the campaign is all unhealthy, but especially the food served on the plane is nothing short of poison." He, who campaigned under the slogan 'Make America Healthy Again,' also did not hold back criticism of former President Trump’s 'love of cola.'

Kennedy Jr. is also known for being meticulous about his own diet. Having been a drug addict in his youth, he reportedly adheres to his own health regimen, including intermittent fasting and testosterone replacement therapy. During the campaign, it was reported that he snacked on organic almonds and dried mangoes.

Given Kennedy Jr.’s sincere commitment to health management, local public opinion reacted cynically to the photo of him holding a hamburger, suggesting that he abandoned his dietary principles to avoid upsetting President-elect Trump, who holds the power of appointment.

Trump Jr., who sat next to Kennedy Jr. holding French fries in the photo, posted a caption that seemed to mock Kennedy Jr.’s change of stance: "Make America Healthy Again starts TOMORROW."

The photo was reportedly taken while President-elect Trump was traveling from his Mar-a-Lago residence in Florida to New York to watch the UFC mixed martial arts event with his close aides. Kennedy Jr. watched the match alongside President-elect Trump from VIP seats set up in front of the UFC octagon.
