Dongducheon City, Gyeonggi Province (Mayor Park Hyung-deok) announced on the 18th that it signed a business agreement with Cleantopia on the 15th at Dongducheon City Hall to support welfare laundry services.

Cleantopia, the nation's largest laundry specialist company, and Dongducheon City signed the agreement with the aim of providing laundry services for vulnerable groups within the region.
Both organizations will cooperate to improve welfare in Dongducheon City and fulfill corporate social responsibility.
At the signing ceremony, representatives from Cleantopia and key officials from Dongducheon City discussed plans for providing welfare laundry services.
In particular, through this agreement, Cleantopia plans to offer free laundry services for heavy bedding such as blankets to elderly citizens living alone, people with disabilities, and others who have difficulty doing laundry due to age, economic, or physical reasons.
Lee Moon-sik, CEO of Cleantopia, said, “Based on Cleantopia’s long-standing expertise in hygienic laundry, we will contribute to improving community welfare and further expand the provision of welfare laundry services in Dongducheon City.”
Park Hyung-deok, Mayor of Dongducheon City, stated, “We highly value cooperation with companies on welfare projects, and we are very pleased that this agreement provides an opportunity to offer practical help to citizens in need of welfare services in the region,” adding, “We will promote various social security projects to stabilize the lives of citizens who need assistance around us.”
Through this agreement, Dongducheon City will enhance the living welfare of vulnerable groups in the region, while Cleantopia will strengthen its social responsibility through coexistence with the local community.
