Woori Bank to Recruit Experiential Interns in 2024... Reinstated After 8 Years

Woori Bank announced on the 18th that it is recruiting applicants for the '2024 Experiential Intern Recruitment' until the 29th.

This is the first time in about eight years since 2016 that Woori Bank is hiring experiential interns. The purpose is to contribute to youth employment and provide on-site experience to job seekers who lack social experience activities.

This experiential intern recruitment is conducted in two categories: ▲General ▲Digital·IT, and after the document screening, interview, and personality test procedures, a total of double-digit numbers of candidates will be finally selected. The selected interns will be assigned to major headquarters departments from January 13 to February 14 next year to gain practical experience.

Internship completers will be granted an exemption from the document screening stage in Woori Bank's new employee recruitment scheduled for the first half of next year, depending on their evaluation results. In particular, outstanding completers will be exempted from the first interview, and the top completers will be exempted from the second interview as well.

A Woori Bank official stated, “Final successful interns will have the opportunity to gain practical experience through support tasks in the assigned headquarters departments, as well as valuable experiences through various activities such as special lectures by key bank department staff, workshops, and competency enhancement programs.”
