'Qualcomm In Your Life' Successfully Concluded... "More Benefits to Come"

Qualcomm Korea announced on the 18th that it has successfully concluded 'Qualcomm In Your Life,' an event where participants could directly experience Qualcomm's innovative technologies and communicate with technical experts.

This event, organized for Snapdragon Insiders, was held on the 15th at the Pie Factory Studio in Gwangjin-gu, Seoul. Snapdragon Insiders is a global community created by Qualcomm for Snapdragon consumers and fans. Qualcomm Korea explained that about 300 Snapdragon Insiders participated in this event, which was the largest of its kind in the country.

Oh-Hyung Kwon, Senior Vice President of Qualcomm Headquarters and President of the Asia-Pacific region, and science YouTuber 'Gwedo' appeared as speakers to discuss Qualcomm's technological strengths and how Qualcomm supports on-device AI.

Participants discussed the changes and prospects that Qualcomm technologies will bring to daily life in areas such as AI, the Internet of Things, and automotive, together with Qualcomm experts. They also received explanations about Qualcomm's latest technology products, including the Snapdragon® 8 Elite Mobile Platform, Snapdragon® Cockpit Elite, and Snapdragon® Ride Elite.

Attendees experienced devices applying Qualcomm's latest technologies firsthand at the event's demo booths. They explored advanced technology demonstrations in various fields such as on-device AI, Industrial Internet of Things (IE-IoT), extended reality (XR), automotive, gaming, and robotics.

Senior Vice President Kwon said, "I hope today’s presentations and demos provided an opportunity to better understand the technologies Qualcomm offers across various fields such as mobile, PC, automotive, XR, and the Internet of Things, based on Qualcomm’s leadership in on-device AI."

He added, "The Snapdragon Insiders community currently has 18 million members worldwide and 240,000 members domestically, and we will continue to strive to provide more benefits and opportunities."

Qualcomm is expanding communication with the community through various online and offline events targeting Snapdragon Insiders. Since activating its domestic Instagram and YouTube channels in 2021, more than 240,000 domestic members have participated, spreading the value of the Snapdragon brand.
