Chuncheon City, Gangwon Special Self-Governing Province (Mayor Yuk Dong-han) announced on the 18th that the 2024 Chuncheon Real Estate Academy will be held at 2 p.m. on the 22nd in the main conference room of Chuncheon City Hall.

At this Real Estate Academy, the lecture will cover real estate investment methods based on safe transactions, considering the rapidly changing market variables in the era of low birth rates and regional extinction, and points to be cautious about.

The lecture will be delivered by Park Won-gap, Senior Real Estate Specialist at KB Kookmin Bank, who is well-known for his appearances in various media and broadcasts. The topic is "Chuncheon City Real Estate Market Outlook Based on Safe Transactions."

Park Won-gap, an expert in real estate market research and analysis, attracted significant attention with his real estate outlook video this year, which recorded 400,000 views on YouTube.

Kim Ju-gyeong, Director of the Land Information Division of Chuncheon City, said, "The local real estate market will become increasingly difficult to predict in the mid to long term due to factors such as housing supply and vacant house issues coinciding with interest rate inflection points." He added, "Through this lecture, we aim to share the changing trends and flows in real estate to help stabilize housing for Chuncheon citizens."
