First-Come, First-Served Sale of 'Taewang Honors Premier' with a Pet-Friendly Village Vision

The ‘Taewang Honors Premier,’ currently offering remaining units on a first-come, first-served basis with designated building and unit numbers, is attracting attention as a smart choice that combines three key advantages: the development boom in Gwaneum-dong, the park life offered by the large park right in front, and unprecedented benefits that reduce financial burdens.

First, Gwaneum-dong, where ‘Taewang Honors Premier’ is located, was finally selected for the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport’s '2022 Regional Specialized Urban Regeneration Project.' With a total project budget of 44.5 billion KRW invested by 2026, the area is set to transform into a 'pet-friendly village,' raising its residential status beyond the current level.

Specifically, the project includes a pet space called the 'Harmony Center' with a total floor area of 1,830㎡ and four above-ground floors, 260 parking spaces, and an animal love education center.

Additionally, right in front of the complex is Gwaneum Park, a large park spanning 68,892㎡?about nine times the size of a soccer field?where residents can enjoy a pleasant park life. Gwaneum Park features various walking trails, rest areas, soccer fields, tracks, and badminton courts. Next to Gwaneum Park is the Buk-gu Eoul Art Center, a complex cultural space where residents can enjoy performances, exhibitions, and community arts and culture.

In particular, 600 million KRW in special grants from the Ministry of the Interior and Safety has been secured for the maintenance project of Gwaneum Park, with plans to improve aging convenience facilities by May next year, promising a more pleasant and refined park environment.

Moreover, the complex offers unprecedented sales conditions compared to nearby developments. ‘Taewang Honors Premier’ offers units of 63㎡ type in the 300 million KRW range and 84㎡ type in the 400 million KRW range, making it about 100 million KRW cheaper than other complexes sold this year in the Gyeongbuk region.

Also, with a 5% down payment, buyers receive a contract congratulatory payment of 20 million KRW after signing, effectively reducing the financial burden until move-in without an actual down payment. Move-in congratulatory payments are also provided. The complex offers interest-free intermediate payments and free balcony expansions.

‘Taewang Honors Premier’ is located about 1 km in a straight line from Dongcheon Station on Daegu Metro Line 3 and is close to Chilgok IC on the Jungang Expressway. Accessibility throughout Daegu is excellent via the Daegu 4th Ring Road and Chilgok Jungang-daero, which opened earlier this year, as well as the metropolitan transportation network. Nearby schools include Gwannan Elementary, Yeongsong Girls’ High, Gangbuk High, and Hamji High, boasting an excellent educational environment.

Right in front of the complex is Gwaneum Park, 68,892㎡ in size?about nine times a soccer field?offering diverse leisure activities such as walking and soccer. Residents can also enjoy high-quality culture close to home at Taejeon Park and Buk-gu Eoul Art Center. Additionally, living infrastructure is abundant with Chilgok Catholic Hospital, Dong-A Outlet Gangbuk Branch, Homeplus, and Chilgok Market nearby.

‘Taewang Honors Premier’ consists of two buildings with two basement floors and up to 20 floors above ground, totaling 200 households with exclusive areas of 63, 77, and 84㎡. It introduces a newly implemented escape-type evacuation facility for fire emergencies. Unlike conventional evacuation facilities installed inside apartments, this facility is installed outside the building, providing safer evacuation from secondary damage caused by toxic gases and flames, and it does not occupy any internal space, thus creating additional usable space.

The model house is located in Gwaneum-dong, Buk-gu, Daegu Metropolitan City, and remaining units are being sold on a first-come, first-served basis with designated building and unit numbers.
