Gyeonggi Office of Education Produces and Distributes Three Volumes of School Work Manuals

The Gyeonggi Provincial Office of Education has produced a ‘Video School Work Manual’ to enhance the on-site customized work capabilities of school staff.

The video school work manual visually presents laws and guidelines on school work processing methods and procedures, as well as actual work system screens, making it easy and quick to find the necessary parts for work.

This work manual consists of two volumes on academic performance management and field experience learning operation in the academic affairs section, and one volume on administrative matters such as the method of selling surplus items through Onbid.

The work manual guides the overall operation including the establishment and deliberation matters of the Academic Performance Management Committee, the procedure for conducting field experience learning, and explains the method of selling surplus items through the linkage of K-Edufine goods management and the Onbid system.

Kim Seungho, the School Work Improvement Officer at the Provincial Office of Education, stated, "By adding visual and auditory effects to the document-based work manual, we can improve the staff’s understanding of their work," and added, "Digital-based on-site customized support can enhance the capabilities of work personnel and improve educational effectiveness."

The Provincial Office of Education has produced a total of 19 school work manual videos to date.
