An event where exam admission tickets can be used as performance tickets will be held in Ulsan.
The Ulsan City Arts Group announced on the 18th that they will offer free admission benefits to high school seniors.
The free performances include ▲Dance Company’s regular performance "Deotbaegi Blues" (November 29) ▲Symphony Orchestra’s special concert "Classics Connected by Literature Act 4 - The Nutcracker" (December 6) ▲Choir’s year-end concert "Gratefully Sending Off the Year" (December 12) ▲Symphony Orchestra’s year-end concert "Christmas Gift" (December 20), totaling four events.
"Deotbaegi Blues," prepared as the Dance Company’s regular performance, is a work that newly interprets Deotbaegi, the origin of Korean dance, and incorporates blues, a classic of American popular music, presenting a fresh stage where tradition and modernity harmonize.
The symphony orchestra’s special concert "Classics Connected by Literature Act 4 - The Nutcracker," which has become a must-see year-end performance, is designed with added video and narration to allow the audience to enjoy it more easily and entertainingly, offering the uniqueness of the Ulsan City Symphony Orchestra.
The choir’s year-end concert "Gratefully Sending Off the Year" is composed of a variety of songs that create a year-end atmosphere, ranging from traditional choral pieces to Korean art songs and popular music.
At the symphony orchestra’s year-end concert "Christmas Gift," familiar melodies associated with Christmas, such as Anderson’s "Christmas Festival" and Ennio Morricone’s "Nella Fantasia," will resonate through the orchestra’s melodies.
Students wishing to attend can book tickets on the Ulsan Culture and Arts Center website and present their exam admission ticket when issuing the ticket on the day of the performance.
