Samsung Electronics 'Bespoke AI Combo' Launches Full-Scale Entry into Europe

Samsung Electronics announced on the 17th that it introduced the 'Bespoke AI Combo' to influencers and media gathered from across Europe in Berlin, Germany, on the 14th (local time).


The event, held to coincide with the European launch of the Bespoke AI Combo, was attended by about 60 influencers and media from 15 countries. The key features of the Bespoke AI Combo, which improves consumers' daily lives, were themed as ▲Save Space ▲Save Time ▲Smart Technology.

In the 'Save Space' zone, an interior design expert showcased how the space saved by the Bespoke AI Combo can be utilized in various ways. In particular, using the LFD screen, various scenarios were presented demonstrating how newly secured spaces such as laundry rooms, kitchens, bathrooms, and hobby rooms can be utilized, attracting significant interest.


In the 'Save Time' zone, time-saving and lifestyle experts introduced how much time the Bespoke AI Combo saves through features like integrated washing and drying functions and the 98-minute super speed cycle. Especially in the European market, where large-capacity products are not yet widespread, the everyday advantages of large-capacity items were introduced, along with a 'fashion show' featuring outfits made from large quantities of socks, towels, and blankets, drawing attention.


In the 'Smart Technology' zone, laundry technology experts introduced the Bespoke AI Combo’s ▲AI washing and drying functions ▲heat pump technology ▲energy-saving features through SmartThings.


At this event, Samsung Electronics maximized fun and experiential elements through empathy-centered storytelling focused on resolving daily inconveniences and various skits, receiving very positive responses from the European influencers and media attendees.
