Recruiting 28 External Experts by Region in Four Fields: Finance, Production, Quality, and Marketing
The Small and Medium Business Corporation announced on the 17th that it will publicly recruit capable external experts to participate in the '2025 Challenge Diagnosis.'
Challenge Diagnosis is a 'problem-solving diagnostic program' where experts in various fields such as financial management, production management, quality control, and marketing identify issues faced by small and medium enterprises, analyze the causes, and provide solutions tailored to the characteristics of each company.
The recruitment fields include ▲Financial Management ▲Production Management ▲Quality Control ▲Marketing, totaling four areas, and recruitment is divided into six regions: ▲Capital Area ▲Gyeongsang Area ▲Chungcheong Area ▲Honam Area ▲Gangwon Area ▲Jeju Area.
In particular, to enhance transparency and fairness in the selection process, the Small and Medium Business Corporation plans to select a total of 28 experts through an external committee composed of key figures from finance, industry, and academia.
The external experts selected through this recruitment will participate in the 2025 Challenge Diagnosis, being assigned to recipient companies and conducting the Challenge Diagnosis approximately 10 times over about two months.
Those wishing to participate in the public recruitment of Challenge Diagnosis external experts can apply on the Small and Medium Business Corporation website from the 18th to the 29th.
