‘Acro Vestineau’, Housing Exhibition Hall Opens on the 15th

‘Acro Vestineau,’ which has attracted great attention as the first high-end landmark in Pyeongchon, opened its housing exhibition hall on the 15th (Friday).

This complex, supplied by DL E&C through the redevelopment project of Anyang Hogye Oncheon, is being developed on a scale of 10 buildings from 3 basement floors to 37 above-ground floors, with a total of 1,011 households. Among them, 391 households with exclusive areas of 39 to 84㎡ will be sold to the general public. In particular, it has drawn early interest as a complex applying the ‘Acro’ brand, which has established itself as the standard of high-end residential culture.

DL E&C’s high-end brand ‘Acro’ ranked first as the most preferred brand in the ‘2024 High-End Apartment Brand Preference Survey’ conducted by the real estate platform Dabang, targeting 16,710 men and women nationwide aged 10 to 50. 42.2% of all respondents chose ‘Acro’ as the most desirable high-end brand to live in, and it ranked first in preference across all age groups and genders, confirming strong consumer interest.

Along with high brand preference, prices are also strong. Among the top 10 most expensive apartments traded in Seoul this year, ‘Acro’ is the only high-end brand from a major construction company. In August, the ‘Acro Riverpark’ in Banpo-dong, Seocho-gu, Seoul, with an exclusive area of 234㎡, was traded for 18 billion KRW, ranking among the top three most expensive apartment transactions this year. The ‘Acro Seoul Forest’ in Seongsu-dong, Seongdong-gu, with an exclusive area of 198㎡, was also sold for 14.5 billion KRW in July, ranking high in expensive transactions.

Meanwhile, demand is focusing on the announcement of the eighth Acro collection, ‘Acro Vestineau,’ completed under strict standards. It boasts a prime location within walking distance of Beomgye Station, known as a superior area in the region, and applies Acro’s differentiated product design, raising expectations that it will realize unparalleled residential value never before experienced in the area.

Since the recruitment announcement of ‘Acro Vestineau’ was released on the 7th, it has maintained a top position among popular search complexes on the real estate information app ‘Hogangnono.’ It was also ranked as the number one weekly visited apartment in Gyeonggi Province, proving high demand from buyers.

The sale price of this complex is an average of 40.7 million KRW per 3.3㎡, with prices ranging from approximately 995.2 million KRW to 1.0895 billion KRW for a 59㎡ exclusive area. This price reflects the application of the ‘Acro’ brand, which has become the standard of high-end residential culture, and the placement of a high-quality community comparable to a global resort.

The most eye-catching feature is undoubtedly the indoor swimming pool. It is a high-end community facility that combines functional elements as a 25-meter-long, 4-lane indoor pool with the emotional appeal of a resort lifestyle. In particular, it includes a separate information desk, cafeteria, and shower rooms, allowing residents to enjoy a perfect rest as if they were at a resort within the complex.

The announcement of successful applicants will be on the 27th (Wednesday), and official contracts will be signed over three days from December 9th (Monday) to 11th (Wednesday).

Applicants aged 19 or older who have held a subscription account for at least 12 months and meet the deposit requirements by region and area can apply for first-priority subscription regardless of household head status or home ownership, if they reside in Anyang City or the metropolitan area (Seoul, Gyeonggi, Incheon). Anyang City is a non-regulated area, so there are no obligations for actual residence or restrictions on re-winning. The resale restriction period is one year from the announcement date of successful applicants.

The housing exhibition hall is located in Bisan-dong, Dongan-gu, Anyang City (near Hagun Park), and visits are possible by prior reservation.
