[Breaking] Court Rules "Ministry of Land's Threatening Remarks on Baekhyun-dong Site Zoning Change Deemed False"

At 2:30 PM on the 15th, during the sentencing hearing of Lee Jae-myung, leader of the Democratic Party of Korea, on charges of violating the Public Official Election Act, held at the Seoul Central District Court Criminal Division 34 (Presiding Judge Han Seong-jin), the court stated that the claim that the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport threatened with dereliction of duty regarding the change of land use for the Baekhyeon-dong site can be considered false.
