The ‘Gunpo Daeyami District Dietre Signature Model House,’ which opened on the 13th (Wednesday), has become a hot topic with numerous visitors coming and going even on weekdays. In particular, despite the rain on the 15th (Friday), a waiting line formed outside the model house, drawing attention.
According to an official, “Many visitors have been coming since the morning despite the rain,” and added, “As more crowds are expected over the weekend, we will do our best to ensure a safe and comfortable viewing experience for all visitors.”
The complex is evaluated to have attracted a large demand for new construction as it is the first supply in seven years under the price ceiling system in Gunpo, where the proportion of residents in their 10th year of occupancy is high. Additionally, it is the first complex to be introduced in the Gunpo Daeyami District, which has a mini-new town scale of about 5,000 households, and is expected to offer a pleasant living environment.
The sale price is set at about 16.3 million KRW per 3.3㎡, which is considered reasonable. According to the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport’s real transaction price disclosure system, the nearby ‘Geumgang Penterium Central Park Phase 3’ with an exclusive area of 84㎡ was traded for 678 million KRW in August.
Applications will begin with special supply on the 18th (Monday), followed by first priority on the 19th (Tuesday), and second priority on the 20th (Wednesday). The announcement of successful applicants will be on the 28th (Thursday).
Daebang Construction is the contractor, and the model house is currently operating in Cheoncheon-dong, Jangan-gu, Suwon City.
