BNK Financial Group Holds 'BNK Global Week' for Overseas Local Employees

BNK Financial Group announced on the 15th that it held the corporate culture workshop, ‘2024 BNK Global Week,’ inviting local employees from its group affiliates overseas. The event was attended by 30 local employees from 8 countries within the affiliates and was conducted over five days.

BNK Global Week is the first global workshop conducted by BNK Financial, aimed at enhancing the pride of local employees working at overseas affiliates and increasing the sharing and understanding of the group’s values. The event included experiential training focused on strengthening employee capabilities, including internal control training, which received high praise from participants.


The main programs included ▲ corporate culture and group global vision training ▲ tours of the headquarters and IT data center ▲ watching a BNK Some basketball team game ▲ and a global harmony night with the CEO. In particular, on the 12th, the ‘Global Harmony Night’ event provided an opportunity for direct communication and exchange with the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).


Chairman Bin Dae-in said, “Through this workshop, we were able to directly share the group’s vision and values with employees in the global network,” adding, “The secret to BNK’s growth as a global group is the hard work and dedication of local employees overseas.”


Meanwhile, BNK Financial plans to further strengthen its global network and accelerate investment and support for local employees. Additionally, by regularly holding global training programs, it will create opportunities for communication with overseas local employees and enhance the group’s global competitiveness.
