As generative AI is recently leading everyday life and education trends, the competition in the AI category at CES 2025 was intense. Booxtory won the Best Innovation Award by receiving the highest score in the field, surpassing major global corporations.

Highly praised for going beyond the conventional reading methods in many areas through advanced AI technology, including ▲ enabling vivid reading experiences by adding sound effects and visual effects matching the book content ▲ allowing reading with parents’ voices and various voice actors’ voices ▲ serving as an excellent alternative for readers who find it difficult to read books on their own, such as young children, people with disabilities, and the elderly ▲ offering diverse applications through real-time reading of all printed text.

The ARpedia series, which was the first in the domestic education industry to receive the CES Innovation Award, has now been recognized for four consecutive years, including this Best Innovation Award. Woongjin ThinkBig aims to simultaneously launch Booxtory in both domestic and overseas markets early next year.

Won Man-ho, Head of DX Business Division at Woongjin ThinkBig, said, “This Best Innovation Award proves that Woongjin ThinkBig possesses outstanding technological capabilities and product competitiveness not only domestically but also on the global stage,” adding, “With a diverse portfolio capable of expanding global education business, we expect significant overseas market achievements starting next year.”
