Yangju-si Signs 'Community Contribution Business Agreement'

Gyeonggi Yangju City (Mayor Kang Su-hyun) announced on the 14th that it signed a 'Local Community Contribution Business Agreement' with 'Jeongmi Jakso-Yoon Chef Honest Bakery Co., Ltd. (CEO Yoon Yeon-jung)' at the mayor's office in the city hall on the 13th.

The signing ceremony was attended by Yangju Mayor Kang Su-hyun, CEO Yoon Yeon-jung, and key officials.


Each institution signed the business agreement, promising to cooperate to realize the social value of sharing and to promote the welfare of low-income groups in the local community.


Under this agreement, 'Jeongmi Jakso-Yoon Chef Honest Bakery Co., Ltd.' plans to issue 50 coupons worth 10,000 KRW each every month starting in 2025, which can be used at the 'Yoon Chef Honest Bakery Yangju Main Branch' and 'Yangju Okjeong Branch,' and distribute them to vulnerable groups in the area.


CEO Yoon Yeon-jung said, "Starting from this agreement, we intend to begin various social activities to give back even a little of the love we have received from the local community," adding, "We are very pleased to contribute to making Yangju a better and warmer city."


Yangju Mayor Kang Su-hyun stated, "This agreement will serve as an important foundation for the sustainable development and coexistence of the local community," and added, "I hope it will become a good partner in practicing a healthy culture of sharing in our community through various social contribution agreements."


Meanwhile, 'Jeongmi Jakso-Yoon Chef Honest Bakery Co., Ltd.' donated 2,000 units of its flagship product, 'Rescue Butter Roll,' to low-income vulnerable groups during its 4th anniversary event held last May.
