Samchully Group Announces Executive Personnel Changes and Organizational Restructuring

Laying the Foundation for New Business Initiatives on the 70th Anniversary

Samchully Group announced on the 14th that it has carried out executive personnel changes and organizational restructuring. Samchully explained that next year marks the 70th anniversary of the group, and to streamline the group's operations and manage the organization stably, it focused on redefining the roles of each business division and newly allocating organizations and personnel to smoothly develop new businesses.

Samchully strengthened the roles and functions of the Strategy and Future General Division and the Research Institute, while its affiliates focused on laying the foundation for stable promotion of new businesses such as environment and lifestyle culture, as well as overseas businesses. To this end, Samchully promoted Vice President Lee Tae-ho to President of Asset Development General, Executive Director Heo Jeong-hoon to Vice President of the Strategy Headquarters, and Executive Director Lee Eun-seon to Vice President of Future Business General.

Samchully Investment promoted Vice President Lee Jang-won to CEO President, and Samchully ENG promoted Executive Director Shin Seo-ho to Vice President, who will serve as the head of the SL&C (Food Service Business) division.
