Hamyang Daebongsan Monorail, Last Ticket Reservations for December Begin

Monorail Closed for Winter Season Starting December 17

Daebong Skyland, located in Daebongsan Healing Valley in Hamyang, Gyeongnam, which has been gaining attention as the best mountain-type healing tourist destination in Korea with consecutive sellouts, will start the last online ticket reservation for the monorail in December from 10 a.m. on the 15th.


In December, Daebong Skyland plans to close the zipline-only course from the 3rd and the monorail from the 17th due to winter cold waves and freezing conditions.

Reservations for Daebong Skyland open at 10 a.m. on the 15th of each month for tickets for the following month and can be made through the official website of Hamyang Daebongsan Healing Valley.


The monorail operates with a total of 595 seats, 65% (385 seats) available online and 35% (210 seats) on-site, with on-site ticketing conducted on a first-come, first-served basis from 8:30 a.m. on the day of use.


Reservations for Daebong Camping Land open weekly on Mondays at 10 a.m. for one week of the following month and can be made through the official website of Hamyang Daebongsan Healing Valley or through Supnadul. In December, it will close for the winter season starting from the 23rd.


An official from Hamyang County said, “We hope visitors to Hamyang Daebongsan Healing Valley in December will enjoy the winter scenery of Daebongsan along with the monorail, wrap up the year 2024 well, and create unforgettable memories with family, lovers, and friends.”
