Gyeonggi-do Corporation Partners with Homeplus to Promote Social Economy Organizations

Promotional Events Including Gifts for Customers Purchasing Over 20,000 Won Available

Gyeonggi-do Corporation announced on the 14th that it will operate the ‘2024 Gyeonggi-do Corporation-Homeplus Social Value Win-Win Market’ for three days from the 15th to the 17th at Homeplus Pyeongchon Branch.

This win-win market was prepared to promote social economy organizations along with the sale of social value products, and social economy organizations from not only Gyeonggi-do but also some from Gangwon-do will participate together.


A total of about 20 items produced by 10 social economy companies, including diffusers, aprons, embroidered bags, and pet waste bags, await consumers. In addition, a promotional event will be held where customers who visit the win-win market and purchase over 20,000 KRW will receive a gift. The event is limited to the first 200 customers each day.


Lee Jae-jun, CEO of Gyeonggi-do Corporation, said, “We have opened the win-win market to promote Gyeonggi-do social economy organizations, introduce excellent products from social economy companies inside and outside the province to residents, and expand sales channels for these companies,” and asked for much interest.


Meanwhile, as part of the ‘2024 Gyeonggi-do Social Economy Support Project,’ Gyeonggi-do Corporation is currently carrying out four projects: △ supporting online sales channels for social economy through rebranding and store entry support of its own mall (Gyeonggi-do Social Economy Shopping Mall) △ cooperating with large distribution channels such as operating popup stores for excellent products in large marts △ supporting operation of base stores (031#) △ supporting purchase activation of social economy organizations through promotion and campaigns.
