DL E&C to Launch 'Acro Ritz County' in Bangbae-dong This Month

DL E&C announced on the 13th that it plans to sell units in 'Acro Ritz County,' a reconstruction of Bangbae Samik Apartment located at 1018-1 Bangbae-dong, Seocho-gu, Seoul, within this month.

Acro Ritz County consists of 8 buildings ranging from 5 basement floors to 27 above-ground floors, with a total of 707 households and exclusive areas ranging from 44 to 144㎡, of which 140 units will be available for general sale. By exclusive area, there are ▲20 units of 44㎡ ▲73 units of 59㎡ ▲16 units of 75㎡A ▲17 units of 75㎡B ▲12 units of 84㎡D ▲2 units of 144㎡.

Bangbae-dong, where the complex is located, is actively undergoing redevelopment with reconstruction projects underway in a total of 12 districts. Once all projects are completed, it will transform into a new residential town with more than 12,000 households.
