Ulju-gun Offers Coffee Coupons for Participation in Hometown Love Donation Program

This Month, 100 People Will Be Selected by Lottery to Receive a 10,000 Won Mobile Coupon

On the 13th, Ulsan Ulju-gun promoted the Hometown Love Donation Program in front of the county office entrance to increase participation in donations through an event promoting the Ulju-gun Hometown Love Donation Program.

At the promotional event, 15 related officials including County Governor Lee Soon-geol and Deputy Governor Kim Seok-myeong participated, using banners to raise residents' interest and encourage donation participation.

Ulju-gun plans to increase donation participation during the year-end tax adjustment period by selecting 100 donors this month through a lottery to receive a mobile coffee coupon worth 10,000 KRW. The lottery results will be announced on the Ulju-gun website and notified individually on the 11th of next month.

Ulju-gun has established and is operating an online "Donor Hall of Fame" for Hometown Love donors. Donors who contribute 1 million KRW or more are acknowledged with their names, affiliations, and donation dates displayed as a token of appreciation.

Currently, the "Donor Hall of Fame" includes 45 donors last year and 22 donors this year as of the 13th, including organizations and company representatives. As of the 13th of this year, Ulju-gun has raised 210 million KRW through the Hometown Love Donation Program.

Governor Lee Soon-geol said, "We thank everyone who has sent love and support to Ulju-gun through the Hometown Love Donation Program," adding, "We will use the donations carefully in places desired by the residents of Ulju-gun to honor the intentions of the donors."

For the Hometown Love Donation, up to 100,000 KRW is fully tax-deductible during year-end tax adjustments, and amounts exceeding 100,000 KRW receive a 16.5% tax credit. Additionally, local specialty products are provided as return gifts within 30% of the donation amount.

Donations can be made to any local government nationwide except the current address area by accessing the internet portal "Hometown Love e-Eum" or by visiting any NH Nonghyup Bank branch nationwide.
