With 59 resident representatives attending, the three-hour meeting involved Mayor Lee listening to issues specific to each complex and discussing suggestions.

Mayor Lee said, "Although it is difficult to address all suggestions immediately, such gatherings allow the mayor and city officials to better understand residents' grievances and inconveniences, enabling us to actively seek solutions. The city will make greater efforts."

Prior to the meeting, the city received 30 suggestions from 16 complexes. The suggestions included 8 issues related to each complex, 3 in urban and construction sectors, 10 in road and traffic sectors, and 9 in safety, health, and environment sectors. At the meeting, a resident representative from Seongnam Village Byeoksan Chelsea Ville 2 also expressed gratitude to the mayor for opening an access road connecting the city’s neighborhood park.

Mayor Lee particularly urged the city’s responsible department during the meeting to "improve related systems so that apartment management is conducted transparently and residents can have more accurate information about management status." In this regard, Kim Dong-won, Director of Yongin City Housing Bureau, added, "We will disclose audit results through system improvements."

Meanwhile, among the 30 suggestions submitted in advance at the meeting, 12 have been completed or are in progress, 16 are under review, and 2 cannot be processed due to legal issues. The city provided written updates on the progress to resident representatives and promised additional responses to issues raised during the meeting.

Mayor Lee said, "Through this meeting, I have come to better understand various circumstances and issues of multi-family housing in the area, and the city will strive to communicate more and alleviate difficulties."
