Yeongdeungpo-gu (Mayor Choi Ho-kwon) announced that it will operate the ‘One-Stop Online Marketing Support Project’ to help local win-win companies and others develop sales channels and promote the revitalization of the local economy.

The ‘One-Stop Online Marketing Support Project’ aims to assist win-win companies, self-employed individuals, and prospective entrepreneurs to grow by utilizing new non-face-to-face distribution channels, providing practical support for online shopping mall startups and the activation of non-face-to-face marketing.

Through this project, the district intends to lower the entry barriers to the online market for participating companies and support them in acquiring sustainable digital marketing capabilities to help pioneer new sales channels.

The project will be conducted at ‘Studio Yeongwon’ located in Yeongdeungpo-dong, where the district will help participants quickly acquire core strategies necessary for online sales through practical programs such as ‘Smart Store Startup Education’ and ‘Live Commerce Broadcasting Practice.’

In the ‘Smart Store Startup Education,’ key skills required for operating an online shopping mall are covered, including ▲analysis of online shopping mall trends and store entry procedures ▲product discovery and sales methods using big data ▲AI-based detailed page creation ▲methods to activate product exposure.

The ‘Live Commerce Broadcasting Practice’ includes a hands-on course where participants introduce products in real-time with a current show host through the popular live shopping platform ‘Grip.’ Through this, companies can vividly experience how to conduct broadcasts and communicate with viewers. After the broadcast ends, the recorded video is produced into ‘short-form’ content to be actively used as a promotional and marketing tool on the company’s SNS channels in the future. Additionally, theoretical education on SNS marketing techniques using Chat GPT is also provided.

Choi Ho-kwon, Mayor of Yeongdeungpo-gu, said, “I hope this project will serve as a stepping stone for win-win companies and prospective entrepreneurs to successfully enter the online market,” and added, “We will continue to spare no support to revitalize the local economy through win-win cooperation between the district and companies and to provide opportunities for developing various sales channels.”
