[Tomorrow's Weather] Mild Autumn, Dense Fog in the South... Rain in Gangwon and Gyeongbuk in the Morning

On the morning of Wednesday the 13th, dense fog is expected mainly in the southern regions.


In the Jeolla area, southern inland Gyeongbuk, and inland Gyeongnam, visibility may drop below 200 meters, and other areas may experience fog with visibility under 1 km.


There will be occasional clouds nationwide, but Gangwon Yeongdong, the eastern coast of Gyeongsang, and Jeju Island will be mostly cloudy.

Light rain is expected from dawn to daytime in Gangwon Yeongdong and the eastern coast of Gyeongbuk. Ulsan will also see a little rain in the late dawn.


Expected precipitation amounts are 5-10 mm in Gangwon Yeongdong, around 5 mm on the eastern coast of Gyeongbuk, and about 1 mm in Ulsan.


Morning low temperatures are forecasted to be between 4 and 14 degrees Celsius, and daytime highs between 16 and 21 degrees Celsius.


Daytime temperatures will remain mild around 20 degrees Celsius for the time being, but the temperature difference between day and night will be large, ranging from 10 to 15 degrees Celsius.


Fine dust levels will be 'Good' to 'Moderate' across all regions due to smooth atmospheric dispersion.


Sea waves will be 0.5 to 2.0 meters in the East Sea and South Sea coastal waters, and 0.5 to 1.0 meters in the West Sea coastal waters.


Wave heights in the offshore waters (about 200 km from the coastline) are expected to be 1.0 to 3.5 meters in the East Sea, 0.5 to 1.5 meters in the West Sea, and 0.5 to 2.5 meters in the South Sea.
