The workshop took place at Gonjiam Resort and included training programs aimed at improving employees' work capabilities, such as indicator management consulting education, subgroup discussions to discover excellent cases of qualitative indicators, and proactive administration training. It also featured a healing concert with magic and acoustic band performances, providing employees with both professional development and a refreshing break to relieve stress.
A Gwangju City official stated, “We will continue to create a creative work environment where employees can demonstrate their abilities by operating morale-boosting programs aligned with performance and offering various incentives.”
