Positive Reviews for Neulbom School, High School Credit System, and Vocational Education
The Jeonnam Provincial Office of Education announced on the 12th that it was selected as the 'Best Education Office' in the 2024 City and Provincial Offices of Education Evaluation.
This year's evaluation was based on 20 indicators, including ▲strengthening national responsibility for education and care ▲digital transformation of education ▲customized educational support for all ▲creating a safe and healthy educational environment.
The Provincial Office of Education received the 'Best' rating in all 18 indicators except for 2 pilot indicators out of the 20 evaluation items. In particular, detailed indicators such as strengthening support for Neulbom Schools, gradual implementation of the high school credit system, and enhancing vocational education competitiveness received scores exceeding the standard values.
As the Best Education Office, the Provincial Office of Education will receive financial incentives and plans to invest them in educational policies.
Kim Dae-jung, Superintendent of the Provincial Office of Education, emphasized, "This evaluation result is the outcome of the collective efforts of all members of the educational community," and added, "We will continue to do our best to realize solid Jeonnam education through substantial educational policy implementation and support the growth of students."
