Kolon Group explained, "Through the regular executive and director personnel reshuffle, we aim to pursue changes toward a new management system and actively promote strengthening business competitiveness and portfolio. We plan to solidify the foundation for enhancing the group’s future value and sustainable management."
Among the eight newly appointed executive directors, about 75%, or six, are in their 40s, maintaining the trend of change and innovation through generational replacement. The selection of female talents also continued, with a total of four female executives promoted.
