Incredible Buzz is entering into a strategic partnership with Professional Dietetics (hereinafter PD), an innovative pharmaceutical/biotech research institute in Italy.
On the 12th, Incredible Buzz announced that it had formalized a cooperative relationship for entry into the U.S. market by signing a strategic business agreement (MOU) with PD. Through this agreement, Incredible Buzz has been granted exclusive rights for clinical trials and sales related to the registration of PD’s products with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
PD is a leading company that researches and develops healthcare and beauty-related products based on its proprietary amino acid formulation patents and outstanding technological capabilities, supplying them to the global market. Based on this agreement, Incredible Buzz plans to establish a local subsidiary to facilitate smooth business operations for entering the U.S. market.
Incredible Buzz is expanding its slow-aging and beauty-related business through cooperation with PD. In particular, it has successfully introduced and is currently selling PD’s 6 amino acid blend (6AA) lineup, which helps with skin tissue regeneration, in the domestic market.
Key products of PD’s 6AA amino acids include ▲ Nutracos Daily Amino Shot ▲ Amino Gum ▲ Bulnamin. Additionally, there are products such as Sunecos, a HY6AA (hyaluronic acid + amino acid) blended derma bio stimulator, Public Nutrients (for companion dogs) containing 10AA amino acids, and Nutracos Accelerator Shot, a 10AA amino acid + SMC (structural maintenance of chromosomes) blended product.
An Incredible Buzz representative stated, “Through strategic cooperation with Italy’s PD, we plan to actively enter the U.S., the world’s largest beauty and healthcare market. Since PD’s technological prowess and product excellence have been proven not only domestically but also in major overseas markets, we will quickly complete local clinical trials and registration procedures, then proceed with product launches and marketing.”
They added, “Based on the successful know-how of our management and affiliates in the domestic beauty and plastic surgery markets, we will continue the K-beauty success story in the U.S. as well.”
