Changwon Facilities Corporation in Gyeongnam announced on the 11th that it has been selected as a ‘2024 Leisure-Friendly Certified Institution’ by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism.
The ‘Leisure-Friendly Certification’ is awarded to companies and institutions that support and operate systems enabling employees to harmoniously balance work and leisure through a screening process, and the certification is valid for three years.
In this evaluation, the corporation was highly praised for contributing to improved work productivity and work-life balance by operating various vacation systems, supporting in-house clubs for employee self-development, providing funding for cultural exploration activities, and offering healing programs.
Director Kim Jonghae stated, “Since high internal customer satisfaction leads to improved quality of service for external customers, we will continue to operate various leisure support systems in the future.”
