NHN Cloud Launches Unified Message Management Platform 'Notification Hub'

NHN Cloud announced on the 11th the launch of Notification Hub, a new service of its messaging solution NHN Notification (NHN Cloud Notification).


NHN Notification is a cloud-based solution that provides sending and management services for message channels necessary for customer communication, such as AlimTalk, FriendTalk, and SMS. It has secured over 3,000 corporate clients including Abley, Musinsa, Danggeun, and Olive Young, achieving more than 60% year-over-year sales growth for seven consecutive years.


Notification Hub is an integrated platform that allows operation and management of all message services provided by NHN Notification in one place. Previously, customers had to integrate application programming interfaces (APIs) separately for each channel and register contact information in separate sessions to use two or more messaging services. However, by utilizing Notification Hub, APIs can be integrated at once and all messages can be managed collectively, significantly reducing manpower and time required.


Notification Hub integrates the system to manage contact information for each message channel within a single console. Specifically, customers can manage five types of sender information under the sender information tab and recipient information under the address book tab, reducing the hassle of switching windows to register contact information for each messaging service.


It also supports a multi-channel sending function flow that leverages the advantages of integrated message dispatch. This feature sequentially sends messages according to campaigns targeted by customers, such as by lowest cost order or highest click-through rate order, to increase reach.


Additionally, templates for advertisements, authentication requests, and other purposes are provided in an integrated manner by message channel. Users can create and manage all types of message templates in one window and easily send notification messages such as service checks across various channels by loading templates into flows.


Furthermore, the status of all message dispatches can be checked in the statistics window, which provides charts suitable for the nature of the statistical data. Users can also query dispatch history based on various conditions such as recipient contact, template, flow, statistics key, and message ID.


Meanwhile, NHN Cloud is conducting a credit grant promotion to commemorate the launch of Notification Hub. Existing and new customers using the Notification Hub service until January 26 next year will receive free credits worth 100,000 KRW. Credits will be granted on the 15th of the month following the application date and can be used within 90 days after activation. The event may end early depending on participation.


Kim Dong-hoon, CEO of NHN Cloud, stated, "We will continue to advance Notification Hub so that it can establish itself as an indispensable hub-like service in the B2C (business-to-consumer) market, where communication with customers through various message channels is essential."
