The launch ceremony was attended by Yang Bu-nam, Chairman of the Gwangju City Party (Gwangju Seo-gu Eul), Supreme Council members Jeon Hyun-hee and Joo Cheol-hyun, as well as lawmakers Jeong Jin-wook, Ahn Do-geol, Jo In-cheol, Jeong Jun-ho, Jeon Jin-sook, Park Gyun-taek, Min Hyung-bae, district heads Im Taek, Kim Yi-gang, Kim Byeong-nae, Moon In, Park Byeong-gyu, and about 1,000 elected officials and key party members affiliated with the Democratic Party.

The ceremony proceeded with relay condemnation speeches by the Gwangju City Party Chairman, regional chairpersons, and Supreme Council members, followed by slogan chanting, reading of the condemnation resolution, and a signature performance by the chairpersons of the eight regional committees in Gwangju.

Through the condemnation resolution, they pointed out that "two and a half years after the Yoon Seok-yeol administration took power, the Republic of Korea has fallen into a developing country." They particularly criticized that "despite numerous circumstances and evidence, the prosecution gave Kim Geon-hee a 'non-prosecution disposition' regarding the Deutsche Motors stock manipulation suspicion, thereby collapsing the public system of Korea," and urged, "Kim Geon-hee and Yoon Seok-yeol will be judged by the people, and the People Power Party must decide to accept the special prosecutor."

Yang Bu-nam, Chairman of the Gwangju City Party, emphasized, "If we remain silent, Yoon Seok-yeol will refuse the third special prosecutor law, and People Power Party lawmakers will reject it in the re-vote," adding, "I am convinced that there is nothing more to expect from President Yoon Seok-yeol. Therefore, we need signatures to demand the 'Kim Geon-hee Special Prosecutor Law.'"

Meanwhile, starting from the 11th, the Gwangju City Party of the Democratic Party of Korea has set up tent party offices at the headquarters of the eight regional committees in Gwangju and launched the 10 million signature campaign condemning the Kim Geon-hee-Yoon Seok-yeol state corruption and demanding a special prosecutor.
