PKF Seohyun Accounting Corporation, Corporate Growth Strategy Seminar on the 27th

PKF Seohyun Accounting Corporation announced on the 11th that it will hold a corporate growth strategy seminar at 2 p.m. on the 27th at the Art Hall on the 4th floor of the POSCO Center in Gangnam-gu, Seoul.

This seminar is designed to help establish sustainable growth strategies for companies amid increasing uncertainty, and ▲Key issues in Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) ▲Preparations for business succession ▲eXtensible Business Reporting Language (XBRL) disclosure ▲ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) trends and other topics will be shared.

In the first session, Oh Chang-geol, Senior Partner of the M&A Specialist Team, will highlight the core issues of M&A that companies must review for growth. The second session will be presented by Shin Ji-hoon, Head of the Business Succession Team (Partner), covering preparations and considerations for a successful succession. The third session will feature Kim Doo-bong, Leader of the XBRL Specialist Team (Partner), who will discuss essential issues to review for XBRL disclosure. In the final ESG session, Kim Jeong-nam, Group Leader of the law firm Hwawoo, will explain the preparations our companies need to efficiently respond to ESG regulations.
