The document can be viewed by the person who receives the link after being given the password. It is organized to allow users to see at a glance the insurance they have subscribed to and the amounts covered for various situations such as illnesses and death. By pressing the call button, users are connected to the insurance company that issued the respective product.

Through this service, Habit Factory also provides guidance on how to use the ‘Designated Proxy Claim System,’ which allows users to designate someone to claim insurance benefits on their behalf. Observing that dormant insurance funds held by domestic insurance companies exceeded 700 billion KRW as of the end of the first half of this year, the company explained that it is exploring various ways to ensure customers do not miss out on their insurance benefits.

Jung Yun-ho, co-CEO of Habit Factory, said, “Insurance is a product purchased to prepare for sudden events, so it is important that family members are aware of it,” adding, “We hope this service can provide help even in situations where it is difficult for the insured to manage things directly.”
