[Tomorrow's Weather] Mostly Clear Nationwide... Morning 2~13°C, Afternoon 17~22°C

Daytime Temperatures in the 20s, Large Temperature Differences Between Day and Night

On Saturday the 9th, the whole country will be mostly clear, but there will be occasional clouds in the Gyeongsang region. Jeju Island will be mostly cloudy.


The morning low temperatures are forecasted to be between 2 and 13 degrees Celsius, and the daytime high temperatures between 17 and 22 degrees Celsius.


The morning temperatures will be around 5 degrees Celsius (below 0 degrees in some northern Gyeonggi, inland and mountainous areas of Gangwon), but daytime temperatures will rise to around 20 degrees Celsius, causing a large temperature difference between day and night, especially inland, ranging from 10 to 15 degrees Celsius (over 15 degrees Celsius in central inland areas).


Frost will form and ice may freeze in northern Gyeonggi and inland and mountainous areas of Gangwon.

Fine dust levels will be 'Bad' in Incheon, and 'Good' to 'Moderate' in other regions. Southern Gyeonggi and Chungnam are expected to have temporarily 'Bad' levels in the morning.


From dawn to morning, dense fog with visibility below 200 meters is expected in the mountainous areas of Gangwon, southern inland Chungnam, inland Jeonbuk, eastern Jeonnam, and inland Gyeongsang, and fog with visibility below 1 km may occur in other inland areas.


Sea waves will be 0.5 to 1.5 meters in the East Sea and South Sea coastal waters, and 0.5 to 1.0 meters in the West Sea coastal waters.


In the offshore waters (about 200 km from the coastline), wave heights are predicted to be 0.5 to 2.0 meters in the East Sea and West Sea, and 1.0 to 2.5 meters in the South Sea.
