Goyang Special City, Gyeonggi Province (Mayor Lee Dong-hwan) announced on the 7th that it is recruiting participants for jobs for people with disabilities in 2025 to expand opportunities for people with disabilities to participate in society and achieve economic independence.

Eligibility requirements include being a registered person with a disability aged 18 or older who is unemployed and registered as a resident in Goyang City. Final candidates will be selected through document screening and interviews.

Document submission will take place from the 18th to the 20th (10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, excluding lunch break from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM) at the first-floor conference room of Baekseok Office Building (1020 Jungang-ro, Ilsandong-gu). Applicants must bring the required documents, optional personal documents, and identification in person when submitting their application.

The number of selected participants by job type for people with disabilities is ▲73 full-time ▲42 part-time ▲128 welfare jobs, totaling 243 people. Selected participants will assist with tasks suited to the abilities and characteristics of people with disabilities at local administrative welfare centers, public institutions, social welfare facilities, and organizations from January 1 to December 31, 2025.
