This meeting was arranged as a follow-up to the 'Business Agreement for Cooperation in Child Support Projects in Gwangju City' signed on the 4th, to discuss special child support policies for Gwangju City in 2025. Department heads from the Green Umbrella Children’s Foundation Gyeonggi Regional Headquarters, along with the Director of Childcare and affiliated team leaders from Gwangju City, attended to discuss next year’s special child cooperation projects.


Additionally, Shin Yuri, President of the Gwangju City Daycare Association, and Kim Jeong-a, Director of the Gwangju City Childcare Support Center, also participated to lead detailed and professional consultations on next year’s special child cooperation policies.


In particular, the city and the Green Umbrella Children’s Foundation Gyeonggi Regional Headquarters engaged in in-depth discussions on cooperation plans for Children’s Day projects, support projects for vulnerable children, and child proper growth support projects.


A Gwangju City official stated, “Through this meeting, the public and private sectors cooperated to discuss broad child welfare service plans,” adding, “We will continue to discover various welfare services to realize ‘Hopeful Change, Happy City Gwangju.’”
