The Korea Exchange's KOSPI Market Headquarters announced on the 6th that it has made a favorable decision in the preliminary review for the new listing of M&C Solution.
Established in December 2020, M&C Solution is a defense industry parts manufacturer that produces gun and turret drive systems applied to the K9 self-propelled howitzer, K2 tank, and others.
Last year, it recorded sales of 183.4 billion KRW and an operating profit of 20.4 billion KRW on a separate basis.
