Umi Construction Launches Full-Scale Sale of 'Daun 2 District Umirin Urban Park (Phase 2)'

Umi Construction announced on the 6th that it will open the model house for 'Daun 2 District Umirin Urban Park (Phase 2)' on the 8th and begin full-scale sales.


Subscription applications will be accepted starting with special supply on the 12th, followed by first priority on the 13th, and second priority on the 14th. The winners will be announced on the 21st of the same month, and the official contracts will be signed over three days from the 2nd to the 4th of the following month.

Daun 2 District Umirin Urban Park (Phase 2) will be developed on B-4 block of Ulsan Daun 2 District, consisting of 11 buildings from 2 basement floors to 25 floors above ground, with a total of 731 households. All units are composed of a single exclusive area of 84㎡, which is highly preferred by consumers. The number of households by housing type is ▲84㎡A 514 units ▲84㎡B 120 units ▲84㎡C 97 units.


This complex is a follow-up supply to 'Daun District B2 Block Umirin The Signature (Phase 1)', which was successfully sold last year. The price competitiveness is excellent due to the application of the price ceiling system, and the initial financial burden is expected to be reduced with the Phase 1 contract deposit set at a fixed amount of 10 million KRW.


Daun 2 District Umirin Urban Park (Phase 2) is located at the very center of Daun 2 District, offering excellent residential conditions. In front of the complex, a historical park and neighborhood living facilities (land) are planned, promising a pleasant living environment. Additionally, the planned kindergarten and elementary, middle, and high school sites within Daun 2 District are nearby, and it is convenient to travel to surrounding areas via the Ulsan-Busan Expressway and Ulsan-Pohang Expressway.
